Some figures are enough to prove the excess: The country has 17% of the world's reefs, 80% of marine species recorded to date can be observed and scientists are regularly discovering new ... The smallest seahorse-pygmy to the huge whale shark, through creatures as surprising as they are colorful, Indonesian waters will never cease to amaze you! South of the archipelago, the Komodo National Park, Flores, Alor have a topography of volcanic origin which conceals a maze of steep drop offs, channels, drylands and lagoons where innumerable species of hard corals grow and soft. There are regular manta rays, several cetacean species, reef sharks, giant moon fishes and an impressive pelagic fauna. Nudibranchs, rhinopias, moray eels and ghost fish are also legion..

To discover this underwater paradise, enjoy the exceptional comfort of a sailboat or catamaran specially chartered for the diving cruise.

Sometimes strong currents are conducive to drift dives. Temperature differences between the Flores Sea, north (28 °) and the Indian Ocean south (21 °) can be significant from May to October.

Banda sea

Away from the usual tourist routes, the Banda Sea contains many isolated islands and underwater mountains where dives are as surprising as they are rich: Gunung Api and his thousands of marine snakes, Nil Desperandum and his silky sharks, Banda Neira and its mandarin fish, Lucipara and hammerhead sharks ... You will also find healthy hard corals and beautiful drift dives. In the Forgotten Islands, Wetar, Roma, Damar and Nila, there are many drop-offs and black sand lagoons. Pelagic species abound here, as do rare species such as the Rhinopias, the Pygmy Seahorse or the Bobtail Squid. A region made for divers seeking adventure and exclusivity.

The Maluku Sea

The uncrowded waters of Halmahera, Buru, Obi and Seram contain a disconcerting topography and a concentration of life beyond all expectation where the clouds of "sardine run" cross imposing banks of Mobula. Volcanoes, caves, dry, falling and black sand lagoons are the refuge of one of the most beautiful underwater kaleidoscopes that you will be able to observe: rare and famous macro-fauna in the Ambon region, barrel sponges and alcyonarians in quantity at Pulau Pisang, reef sharks and rays in the Strait of Pantiti, sumptuous corals at Pulau Goraici and Terumbu Gora. In Tifore, coral plateaus and vertiginous drop offs guarantee adrenaline-laden dives in the middle of the Maluku Sea.
